EXPERIENCE
Mr. Schneider has been a full-time licensed real estate broker
since 1989 and is a current member of the Missouri Board of Realtors
and the St. Louis Board of Realtors.
As a life long St. Louis resident, Mr. Schneider interacts with
builders and developers on a daily basis which has led to sales and
market evaluations of over 25 million in sales and hundreds of acres
of sold ground in the St. Louis area. As a specialist in the ares of
commercial sales and leasing, he has excellent experience in market
lease rates and market sales projections.
EMPLOYMENT
As a Co-Broker and Owner of Re/Max Premiere Realty from 1993-200,
he has specialized in the training and development of various
aspects of brokeage sales and market value assesments. And as a
normal course of business, Mr. Schneider is called upon to access
the market value of real property of all types. His areas of
specialty include, but are not limited to, residential, commercial,
and raw ground evaluations and sales.
Mr. Schneider has extensive experience in evaluating the market
value of various kinds of real property. And as a consistent Top
Office Producer, he has been called on to do numerous Broker Price
Opinions (BPO). In addition, he has testified in depositions as an
expert witness as to the Value of Real Property.
